Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and speed.

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages: The Heart Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit. If an issue arises, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns at this time. However, we want you to love your purchase — and we’re happy to offer store credit for exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
