At The Heart Vault, we aim to pack and ship your order with care and love — just like the pieces inside. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (US): Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. You may select your preferred method at checkout if multiple options are available.


Order Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to help guide you through the process if needed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
